Melissa Harrington
Melissa is a homeschooling mom of four and married to Daniel (AKA Vicar Dan). She holds a bachelors degree in Elementary Education and is currently working on a masters degree in Deaconess Studies. She currently attends the seminary as a distance deaconess student, and is Promise’s deaconess student intern.
She has a strong gift of empathy, compassion, and listening that she wishes to use in serving others, both as a deaconess and in Stephen Ministry. Melissa decided to join the Stephen Ministry team because it is a natural extension of diaconal work – a ministry of mercy and extending God’s love with others.
