Strategic Plan for 2021-2022

We will continue to focus on providing and improving additional (to the live 9am & 10:30am) worship opportunities.
Advent: Wednesday December 1, 8, 15, 22 (Four Wednesday Advent Services) and Friday December 24 Christmas Eve (time TBD)
Lent:Wednesday March 2 – Ash Wednesday, March 9, 16, 23, 30 and April 6 (Five Wednesday Lent Services),Thursday April 14 – Maundy Thursday, and Friday April 15 – Good Friday.
We want to improve our online worship experience. If you would consider volunteering or want to know more about this, we will have a ZOOM meeting (same dial in as Sunday Worship) on Thursday May 13 at 7pm.
We will address Biblical Literacy at all ages
Children will continue with Wee and Jr Worship on Sunday mornings with and even stronger emphasis on volunteer leadership. Paid staff will recruit, develop, train, empower and hold volunteers accountable.
4th and 5th grade will be a transition year, however they will be gathering on Wednesday evenings.
There will be three segments fall (9/8-11/17, 11 Wednesdays), Winter (1/5-2/23, 8 Wednesdays), and Spring (5/4-5/25, 4 Wednesday) in 2021-2022. The levels will be 4th & 5th, Confirmation (6th-8th), High School, and Adult. Adult sessions will occur both in person and online.
An HCA book will be piloted in the fall segment.

Online voting will end Sunday, May 16 at 1:00 PM.
All voters must be a member of Promise Lutheran, who have signed the constitution.
